How to use our Website.

MyHome takes pride in its unique searchable real estate property database online. Our database is always current as it is updated real time. Additional features, such as Live Help, Virtual Tour, View from Satelite, photos... greatly help to make decision without visiting to the place, economising your time and effort. You need to make only visit to chosen property to be sure you'll make the right decision, this will be especially valuable for those who are not yet in Vietnam.

1. Homepage: Homepage was divided into parts described in the picture below:

Part 1: Online help: Visitors click here to chat online with our agents.
Part 2: Search by Property Type (apartment, villa, land, office, others).
Part 3: Search by Item ID: Every property in database has it's own ID, if remembered this ID, visitor need only type this ID in ID Search box to display this specific property.
Part 4: Search by others criteria:

  • Search by Transaction Type (For sale, For rent, For sale or rent)
  • Search by City
  • Search by Property Type (Apartment, Villa, Land, Office, Others)
  • Search by Listing Price (will display a drop-down list of mathematical operators: 'Equal To", "Greater Than', and 'Less Than'. You may type a number in a Text box, in effect, the search form will return all records which are 'Equal to', or 'Greater Than', or Less Than' the given number).
  • Serach by Bedrooms (will display a drop-down list of mathematical operators: 'Equal To", "Greater Than', and 'Less Than'. You may type a number in a Text box, in effect, the search form will return all records which are 'Equal to', or 'Greater Than', or Less Than' the given number).
  • Sort by: The results will be sort by one of following criteria:
    • Listing Price (USD) (desc).
    • Listing Price (USD) (asc).
    • Date Last Modified (desc).
    • Date Last Modified (asc).

Part 5: Search by Keywords: You may type a keyword in a Text box, the search form will return all records related with this keyword.
Part 6: Quick Links:

  • Request your Property: Form for visitors who want to buy or rent property. Just submit this form, our agent will contact for more information and services.
  • Advanced search: Search Form with more criteria.
  • Carreers: Available working positions in MyHome
  • Contact Us: Call us or contact us by email.

  • View Detail: Click here to view all features, photos and descriptions of the item
2. Item detail view: When click View detail, the Item Detail View page appears with all features, photos and descriptions of the Item, in addtion, from this page you can contact agent, attend Virtual tour or view this property from Satelite...

Part 1: The main features of the property
Part 2: Photos of the property, move a mouse on each picture to see enlarged picture.
Part 3: See property from satelite: click Icon  to see the property from satelite. To use this feature, you need to install Google Earth on your computer, if you have not done yet, you can do it from http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html site.
Part 4: Virtual tour: click Icon  to attend Virtual Tour of this property, it's nearly the same as you see it on the place.
Part 5: Item brochure: 3 different brochures of the property.
Part 6: Contact agent: click envelope icon to contact with this agent.
Part 7: Mail to your friends.

  • Click (+) or (-) to view enlarged or reduced image.
  • Click Property Icon to know more information of this property.
4. Display all records listed by one agent: When click "See this agent's listings"., the page with all records listed by this agent appears like an example below:

5. Virtual Tour: Click Icon Virtual tour to attend Virtual Tour of this property, it helps you to economise your time and effort not to visit unsuitable properties, picture below illustrates an example of Virtual Tour.
